The service
ReviveDB is operated by Aktis (Dutch Chamber of Commerce number 97726052). ReviveDB creates, stores and verifies database backups according to your plan. You remain responsible for your source database, credentials, storage configuration and deciding whether the service meets your recovery requirements.
Your account
You must provide accurate account information, keep access to your email secure and have authority to connect every project you add. You may not use the service to access systems or data without permission.
Backups and restores
Verification reduces backup risk but cannot guarantee that every future restore will succeed in every environment. You should maintain an appropriate recovery plan and promptly investigate failed or incomplete backup runs.
Plans and payment
Paid plans renew until cancelled. Current prices, backup frequency and retention are shown when you subscribe. Changes apply prospectively, and you can cancel before the next renewal.
Acceptable use
You may not disrupt the service, bypass security controls, introduce malicious code or use ReviveDB for unlawful content. We may suspend access when necessary to protect customers, infrastructure or comply with law.
Availability and liability
We work to operate ReviveDB reliably, but the service is provided without a promise of uninterrupted availability. To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the fees you paid for the service during the preceding twelve months. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
